Water is a clear, colorless, odorless, and tasteless liquid that is essential for life.
What is Water?
Water is a substance that is vital for all living things. It is found in many forms, such as rain, rivers, lakes, and oceans.
Importance of water to the human body:
Some of the importance of water to the human body includes:
- Helps digestion
- Keeps the body cool
- Hydrates the skin
- Aids in nutrient transport
- Eliminates waste.
Properties of water:
There are 5 major properties of water and they are:
- Transparency
- Colorlessness
- Odorlessness
- Tastelessness
- Liquidity.
