What is the Human Body?

Parts of the Human Body
The main parts of the human body are:
- Head: The top part of the body, containing the brain, eyes, ears, nose, and mouth. It helps us think, see, hear, smell, and eat.
- Shoulders: Connect the arms to the body and help us lift and carry things.
- Arms and Hands: Used for writing, holding, grabbing, and many other activities.
- Legs and Feet: Help us walk, run, jump, and stand.
- Torso: The central part of the body, containing the chest, stomach, and back. It houses important organs like the heart and lungs.
Functions of Body Parts
Each part of our body has a specific function. Some of these functions include:
- Brain: Controls our thoughts, feelings, and actions.
- Eyes: Help us see the world around us.
- Ears: Help us hear sounds.
- Nose: Helps us smell and breathe.
- Mouth: Helps us eat, speak, and breathe.
