What is The Human Body?
The human body is a complex and amazing machine! It’s made up of many different parts that work together to help us live, grow, and do all sorts of things. Today, we’re going to learn about some of the important parts of our body.
The Neck, Trunk, Chest, and Belly
The neck is the part of the body that connects the head to the trunk. It’s important because it allows us to move our head and look around. The neck also contains important blood vessels and nerves that carry messages to and from the brain.
The trunk is the main part of the body. It includes the chest and belly. The chest protects the heart and lungs, which are vital organs that help us breathe and pump blood throughout our body. The belly is the part between the chest and the pelvis. It contains our stomach, intestines, and other organs that help us digest food.
