What is Health?
Health means the state of well-being in both our body and mind. It’s about being free from sickness, feeling good, having energy, and being able to do the things we enjoy.
What is Hygiene?
Hygiene is the practices we follow to keep ourselves clean and prevent sickness. It’s about making healthy choices that protect us from germs and illnesses.

Meaning of Cleanliness
Cleanliness means keeping ourselves, our belongings, and our surroundings neat and free from dirt or mess.
Care Of the Body
There are many ways to take care of our bodies to stay healthy and clean. Some of these include:
Care for the Nails
